Purpose and legal basis
Your data is collected in order to manage user accounts, moderate the online forum and process incoming inquiries. Your data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1e GDPR.

In order to answer e-mail inquiries, your personal data will be transmitted to the responsible group of persons within the hbz.

Duration of storage of personal data
Your data will be stored in order to provide the services you instruct us to provide. As soon as you unsubscribe or ask for your data to be deleted, your data will only be stored until all ongoing processes have been completed and then deleted, unless legal requirements require longer storage.
